Basketball Summer Camp

The Harlem Globe Trotters basketball summer camp is for boys and girls that are between the ages of 6-16. All participants will get a camp photo, t-shirt, team picture of the world famous Harlem Globe Trotters and a mini Globetrotters basketball. Campers that excel in various areas will be given trophies and all players will be eligible to win prizes.

There are plenty of Harlem Globetrotter basketball camps in the country. They run from the beginning of June to the end of August. They are four day camps that give players a fun, competitive environment to play in.

The Basketball Academy is a wonderful place for players to get that extra boost that they will need to succeed. Alumni of The Basketball Academy includes NBA greats like Chauncey Billups and Jared Jeffries. The philosophy of this particular basketball camp is to sculpt the best basketball players on the globe. No matter what level players are at, The Basketball Academy is the place to enhance their skills.

The Basketball Academy is a full time program but there are basketball summer camps that players can attend. These are shorter term programs that work to incorporate the principles of the full time programs into a shorter amount of time.

The KU basketball summer camp is well respected and basketball summer camp. It is four days long and the rates for the 2007 basketball summer camp were four hundred for overnight stays and three-hundred and five dollars for day stays. Youths age 8-19 can take advantage of this basketball summer camp.

UConn basketball summer camp is a fine choice for players. Boys who are nine years old or going into fourth grade can enroll. This basketball summer camp services boys that are 9-18 or 19. It will help prepare young men for whatever the next level of play is for them.
The university of Illinois basketball summer camp has been around for over two decades. It began in 1979 and is a residential camp that can house 7500 campers. Boys ages 8-18 are welcome to join the camp and it cost between two hundred and three hundred and fifty dollars per week.

UNC basketball summer camp is held by Roy Williams and his coaching staff. Players get the opportunity to work with both professionals and college players. Campers that want the complete program that includes room and board and secondary medical insurance pay five hundred and fifty dollars. Campers that just partake in day activities will have to pay four hundred and fifty dollars.
